Once you’ve registered and sent in your personal intentions for personal healing, growth, and expansion, you’re all done! There’s nothing else you need to do except expect to receive a constant flow of high-vibrational energy and the universe’s support for your personal intentions. However, there are a few things we suggest and plenty of optional ways to enrich and deepen your experience.
Our suggestions: drink lots of water and take time to energetically “check in” with your grid every day. Water helps filter and purify our energy bodies just as much as it does our physical bodies. Staying hydrated can help any type of energy work proceed more quickly and more smoothly.
We also suggest taking time to connect with your community grid once a day (you can do this through intention, by looking at a picture of your grid, or by simply chanting Ohm, which is the vibration used when anchoring and charging your grid.) Taking the time to tap into that high-vibrational energy and reaffirm your intentions for personal growth and transformation is an easy way to match your vibration to what you desire.
Optional “tune-in” at 10PM:
Try to find a quiet place and intend to tune-in to the energy of your Midnight Reiki session. Intend to receive exactly what you need with ease and divine timing.
Some things to look out for. Everyone has a different response to Reiki and energy work. Here are some common experiences and questions.
Weird sensory stuff: This is especially common when Reiki sessions begin and are anchored at the end. You may feel warm or cool sensations, buzzing, or tingling. Bursts of intuition or insight are also common. Some people hear ringing or soft music, others see bursts of color or images. It’s fairly common to feel as though the air pressure around you has changed. It’s also common not to experience any odd side effects and simply feel relaxed and peaceful. Every person’s experience of will be different and will differ between sessions, as well. Try to keep an open mind and simply notice what comes into your awareness.
Weird dreams: It’s common to have very vivid and even lucid dreams while connected to a community grid. Some people even have purge-dreams, which help us release old wounds, fears, and beliefs. The themes in your dreams can be very informative during this time, so pay attention!
Emotional debris: Part of releasing emotional baggage is acknowledging, validating, and feeling the emotion. Sudden, unexpected bursts of strong emotion are fairly common during energy work, especially emotional and healing work. It’s important to remember that this emotion is on it’s way out; all it needs from you is to see it, feel it as it goes, and then ALLOW it to go. Don’t engage with these emotions as they bubble up for release; allow them to be there and then let them go.
